Username both with and without and unchecking required sign-in SMTP server settings with the following variations: Tried Outgoing Ports 25, 587, 486, 80, 995, and 465 (mandated by Verizon)
Started with outgoing server settings on Thunderbird client, then tried every variation and combinations I could think of (wonder what I missed). After trying every which way still no luck.įamiliar with IMAP but this one needs to use POP on Verizon server (FIOS). Followed lots of suggestions but K-9 won't send mail.
